Committee meets every other month in the afternoon when convenient for the committee members and staff liaison.

Responsibilities include helping St. John UMC fulfill its mission to be a warm, welcoming church through hospitality from the parking lot to the coffee pot. Committee recruits members to serve as greeters for the Sunday services, recruits members to staff the welcoming center prior to the 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. services, provides coffee and juice for the fellowship times on Sunday mornings, and provides parking lot assistants as needed.
